Recruiting

Hi There

As the recruiting officer, I would like to ask you all to look around for neighbors that are approaching 150k. I do want to stick to that number as it clearly is a benchmark, that proves someone wants to play and is not a complete noob. if they are above 300k honor, then we do make exceptions as they obviously are concentrating on the right skill of war instead of plain prestige. So look around and message them and ask them to join.

A few things I tell people nicely:

- Pengleng is a War alliance.
- We will reinforce you when attacked and you are near us with troops ans resources.
- We will help you to get better and better at it.

Apart from that willing to learn would be great as a soft skill so to speak.

Please look for members as we are currently aggressively culling off members that are sub 150k and not really planning to play this game for several months or are too soft on the war side. We do want to dominate Server 10 and any other servers our members are on ... so, have fun and remember: Its a war game
